Welcome! I’m Angel—a Licensed Master Social Worker who’s passionate about helping children, families, and communities find their footing and move forward with confidence. I believe life can be tough, messy, and sometimes overwhelming—but it can also be rich, beautiful, and full of joy. Therapy isn’t only for moments of hardship or emotional pain—it’s also a space to grow, to celebrate, and to become more fully yourself.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree from Texas State University and my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Houston and ever since, I’ve been walking alongside people as they navigate change, healing, and self-discovery. I’ve been lucky to work across school, medical, and political social work settings, which has given me a big-picture view of how people’s lives are shaped by both personal and systemic changes.

Personally, I love to travel and read—especially about what’s happening in the world and how it affects the needs of the people I serve. Staying connected to current events helps me support clients with empathy and awareness, whether I’m working with a child building confidence or a family growing stronger together.
